Delivery
We currently offer one tracked service for all UK mainland orders.
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend are sent on Monday.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS:
We are able to deliver to UK mainland but we are working hard to expand our shipping locations.
Orders to mainland UK addresses usually arrive within 2-5 working days.
Returns
You have 14 days from when you receive your items to make a return. Items returned to us past this date will not result in a refund and you may be charged a second delivery fee if you wish to have the items back.
Postage costs are not refunded.
We are not able to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will send you an email when your return is completed. Refunds are processed within 7 working days. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days (or longer depending on your credit and debit card processing times) from the date it was processed.
