Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
All payments are made in GBP. All payments must be made by debit or credit card using the secure third-party system at the end of the shop checkout process.
We offer Paypal and Stripe for payment options.
Payment is usually taken at the time the order is placed.
IndigoKashmir does not receive or hold on to any payment details entered by the customer.

We currently only ship to the UK mainland and in the future we will expand the regions we ship to and in that case all shipments from the UK to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for custom clearance are your, our customer's, responsibility.
